Are you an athlete looking for extra work, or a student seeking a rewarding part-time job alongside your studies? Are you responsible, service-oriented, and looking to work 2-3 days a week for 3 hours per shift? Then this is the job for you! PerformIQ is currently recruiting market researchers for our client, an international company with operations in several locations across Sweden. In this role, you will contact the company's existing customers and nurture these relationships. Your tasks will involve calling customers by phone to check how they have experienced the service level and quality of the services. As a market researcher, you will be a key player in the process of developing and maintaining our client's existing services. You will work from the office in Malmö and report survey responses via computer using a dedicated system. You will receive thorough training so that you feel confident before making your first customer call. You will be part of a staffing pool through PerformIQ and work on-site with our client alongside colleagues who all share athletic qualities, in a culture characterized by community and teamwork.

Person Profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you are social, take great responsibility for your work, and have good communication skills over the phone, preferably with experience in telemarketing. You are calm and confident with strong service skills. Furthermore, you are driven, positive, and detail-oriented, as the role involves both extensive customer contact and administrative work. To be considered for this position, you need:

• To have another primary occupation – for example, a contract with a sports club, studies, or another job of at least 50%.
• To be available for a longer period ahead.
• To communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• To have experience with customer contact via phone.

Previous experience as a telemarketer is a merit. We also prefer that you are available for a longer period. Work is scheduled in advance, but you may also be called in with short notice. We value your personal qualities highly and would like to see that you have a background in sports or club life.
