RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to influence and change things? Do you want to work with a holistic and sustainability perspective at Landskrona City? Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Independently lead procurement processes from start to finish
• Provide advice and support to departments and companies in purchasing and procurement matters
• Conduct preliminary studies and market analyses prior to procurement
• Develop requirements and criteria with a focus on sustainability and a holistic perspective
• Contribute to improvement work within purchasing, follow-up, and procurement processes

You will become part of an engaged team consisting of six procurement officers, one contract controller, and one administrator. We are a close-knit group with a warm work climate and joint activities both at and outside work.

QUALIFICATIONS

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have an analytical and structured approach to work and thrive in driving processes forward independently. You are meticulous, business-minded, and communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You take initiative, are confident in your decisions, and have an easy time motivating and guiding others. Furthermore, you have the ability to put individual issues into a larger context and contribute to the whole.

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education, for example, a University College (YH) education in public procurement, purchasing, economics, or law, or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Merits:

• Experience with procurement processes and knowledge of LOU (Public Procurement Act) and relevant regulations
• Experience working in the municipal sector
• Good knowledge of Tendsign or similar systems
