We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client. In your daily work, you will work towards the group's set goals for service and customer satisfaction. Your primary tools will be the phone and computer, where you will answer incoming calls and handle cases via email and chat.
You will be part of a cheerful team with a genuine interest in service, while working in a developing and learning environment. The customer service department actively works to provide every customer with a positive experience.
We offer regular training and coaching!
Your profile:
We are looking for you who have experience within service, perhaps from another industry, but who are now ready to take the next step and try something new. To succeed in the role, you are driven by meeting and helping customers in a professional manner, and you are motivated by working towards set goals. You are communicative and have an easy time understanding the customer's needs. You are also attentive to both customers and your colleagues.
