About the role:

As a sales team leader with us, you will have a role with great variety. You will be active in the field, meeting homeowners to present our solutions within solar cells, battery storage, and energy-efficient windows. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to take greater responsibility by supporting, coaching, and developing our field sales representatives in the Helsingborg area.

This is the role for you who still loves sales and wants to continue doing your own deals, but is also driven by helping others succeed. You follow up on results, share your experiences, and contribute to creating motivation and engagement in the team.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who enjoy meeting new people, are motivated by clear goals, and have experience with proactive sales. You are independent, solution-oriented, and have a natural way of building trust with both customers and colleagues. Perhaps you have already tried coaching others, or you feel that you are now ready to take that step. The most important thing for us is not how many years you have worked as a leader, but that you have the right attitude and a desire to develop.

The position is full-time with a start date by agreement, initially a six-month probation period. You will be based out of our office but work primarily in the field in the Helsingborg area. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
