The need for water purification equipment is growing every day, and INWATECH is expected to gain market share and grow significantly in the coming years!

As a Technical Sales Representative at INWATECH, you will have a role that offers great scope for personal responsibility and excellent development opportunities. You will be working in a market facing major investments in the coming years. If you enjoy closing larger deals and have a background in water treatment/wastewater or the waste industry, this could be your new challenge.

Responsibilities and Tasks

As a Technical Sales Representative, you are responsible to the management for continuously processing new and existing customers, from the initial contact to contract signing. You work based on the company's developed strategy and primarily target the Swedish market.

After the contract is signed, you hand over the project to the company's project department. The projects you will sell are primarily complete water purification plants focusing on the purification of PFAS or various heavy metals.

Main Duties

  • Initial market processing
  • Assembling customized technical solutions based on the customer's specific needs
  • Calculation, quoting, and negotiation regarding contracts
  • Long-term brand building
  • Representing the company at trade fairs and similar events
  • Reporting to the management
  • Handover of new projects to the project organization

Competency Requirements

We believe you have a technical background and have worked for a few years in technical project sales, preferably within water treatment/wastewater or with a background from the waste industry. You love closing deals, which is one of your major driving forces. It is natural for you to process the market in a positive and structured way, and you see great value in working sustainably.

Additional qualifications include knowledge of chemistry and an understanding of manufacturing technology.

  • Experience in technical project sales
  • Good knowledge of negotiation and contracts
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Basic knowledge of reading drawings
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good teamwork skills
