About the Role

As a Technical Salesperson, you are responsible for driving and developing business within steel halls and hall construction. The role covers the entire sales process – from market processing and new customer acquisition to quotation, negotiation, and contract signing. The focus is on establishing new business and developing the industrial segment, while you work long-term to build and manage customer relationships.

You work closely with customers throughout the business process and act as a consulting partner who helps them find the right technical and commercial solutions. After contract signing, you continue to be a key contact person during the project execution to ensure continuity, customer satisfaction, and further business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and process potential customers within industry, logistics, property development, and contracting
  • Build and develop long-term customer relationships through customer meetings, networking, and marketing activities
  • Conduct needs analyses and advise customers on technical solutions for steel halls
  • Prepare calculations, quotations, and tenders, and ensure the correct technical scope and commercial terms
  • Drive business through the entire sales process and negotiate price, scope, schedule, and contract terms
  • Responsible for contract review and ensure a professional handover to the project organization
  • Be an active contact person for the customer also during the execution phase and identify new business opportunities
  • Follow up on completed projects and contribute to the development of the company's offering and market strategy

Who are you?

We believe you have a few years of experience in technical B2B sales within construction or contracting and are accustomed to consultative sales processes with longer business cycles. You have a good technical understanding of construction, preferably within steel structures, roof, and facade systems, as well as an understanding of design processes and how construction projects are driven.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in technical B2B sales within construction or contracting
  • Post-secondary education in construction or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of construction technology, preferably within steel structures as well as roof and facade systems
  • Knowledge of design processes and construction projects
  • Experience with calculation and quotation work
  • Knowledge of contracting law, preferably with a focus on ABT06
  • Good computer skills and experience with business and CRM systems
  • B-driver's license
