Do you want to shape the future of data-driven marketing in one of the leading energy companies in the Nordics? We are now looking for a senior consultant for an important assignment with our client in Malmö. You will play a key role in developing and optimizing digital analytics, customer insights, and marketing across the entire organization.
Scope: 80%
Period: Immediate - December 31, 2026.
In this role, you will work closely with the marketing organization and business operations, focusing on creating real value through data. The assignment involves further developing the client's digital analytics capabilities by both building and maintaining analytics tools that enable better decision-making and more efficient marketing efforts.
You will act as a bridge between technology, analytics, and business, where you both set strategy and work hands-on with implementation and analysis.
A central part of the assignment is to map and analyze customer journeys for different customer segments across both web and app, with the aim of creating a more seamless, relevant, and conversion-driven customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive the development of digital analytics tools and dashboards (e.g., for campaign tracking and performance marketing)
- Ensure high quality in data collection, tracking, and measurement
- Produce decision support and recommendations based on data and insights
- Work both strategically (roadmaps, structure, prioritization) and operationally (analysis, implementation)
- Map and visualize customer journeys across multiple digital touchpoints
- Identify optimization opportunities within conversion, retention, and user experience
- Support internal stakeholders within marketing, digital, and business
We are looking for someone who
- Has several years of experience in digital analytics, preferably in a large organization or consultancy role
- Has strong competence in web analytics and MarTech (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics, GTM, or similar)
- Is experienced in building dashboards and working with data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
- Has experience with customer journey analysis and conversion optimization
- Understands the interplay between marketing, data, and business goals
- Is self-driven, communicative, and confident in dialogue with various stakeholders
- Has analytical depth but also the ability to translate insights into concrete business value
