Treform Packaging AB is a creative and strong manufacturer of thermoformed packaging for the industrial and food sectors, focusing on the Nordic market. Our headquarters and production are located in Landskrona. Treform has 32 employees with a turnover of approx. 125 million.

About the role

You work with sales towards companies where Treform's plastic solutions can make a difference in reality. It is often not about selling a finished product, but about developing the right solution together with the customer. Treform's largest customer category is within the food industry. Here you meet customers with clear requirements for quality, material, and function.

At the same time, there is room to develop the business towards industrial customers and also medtech. You drive your own business from first contact to closing. Many deals are conducted in project form where you collaborate closely with both the customer and internal colleagues. The role involves a high degree of self-initiated activity. Sales take place in the meeting with the customer. Through presence, dialogue, and follow-up, you build your business over time.

You report directly to the CEO.

Your profile

You are self-driven in your sales and accustomed to taking responsibility for the entire business. Experience in B2B sales is with you, and you feel confident in the dialogue with the customer, where it is often about understanding needs and translating them into a working solution.

The role suits you if you thrive out at the customer's site and build relationships over time. Self-planning is a natural part of the work, as is maintaining the pace of activities and ensuring that deals are driven forward all the way.

Experience from working with food producers where Treform's products can be used is an advantage. Background in sales towards industrial or medtech customers is also relevant.

Understanding of materials or production is an advantage and can give a good start in the role, but it is not a requirement. To thrive and succeed in the role, you need to have your own pace in your sales. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
