Job Description:
Junior B2B Sales Representative for the Distribution Department at 3D Prima
About Us
Since its founding in 2014, 3D Prima has grown to become one of Europe's largest resellers and distributors of 3D printers and related materials. We sell products under our own brand but also offer a wide range from the most well-known and popular manufacturers on the market. Our headquarters are located in Malmö, with subsidiaries in Germany and the UK. Today, we have 40 employees at the Malmö office and maintain a steady growth rate of around 30% per year. Our annual turnover is approximately 500 million SEK with very strong profitability.
About the Role
In this role, you will support our distribution department and assist in the daily operations for our resellers. You will become part of a young and dynamic team working closely with procurement, logistics, and our service team. Together, we ensure stable solutions for our key accounts and optimize our operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support to our European resellers by answering questions about products, campaigns, prices, and stock status, primarily via email.
- Process invoice requests and conduct weekly follow-ups on collection cases.
- Assist customers with shipping issues and follow up with freight companies.
- Handle simple orders and update prices on existing customer orders.
- Coordinate cases and solutions with other teams, such as service, logistics, and procurement.
- Onboard new resellers.
You are detail-oriented, structured, and communicative. You take initiative and are comfortable driving various projects. You have an interest in technology, which makes working with the products we sell exciting for you.
The workplace consists of a tight-knit group, so good collaboration skills both within the team and externally are essential.
We believe you are at the beginning of your career or have some basic experience in finance or customer service roles. A university degree is an asset but not a requirement. Since we work with customers across Europe, you must be fluent in both Swedish and English, as well as culturally aware, which is crucial for daily discussions with our customers.
What We Offer
You will receive support and an introduction to our operations, and we welcome your ideas and suggestions for improvement. We value team spirit and appreciate that you are a humble, calm person who enjoys collaborating. The position is full-time and based at our office in Malmö. We recently moved to new, modern facilities in Oljehamnen with larger warehouse and office spaces. We prefer candidates living within commuting distance.
- Pleasant office environment
- Collective agreement
- Wellness allowance
We offer individual salary setting based on experience level and competence. A collective agreement is in place.
Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the advertisement expires.
