About the role
Rhenus Logistics is on an exciting journey of growth and change, where we need to strengthen and expand our operational team with driven and curious colleagues. In our new operational model, we offer our customers flexibility, speed, and adaptation to their needs.
We have recently successfully implemented a new shared TMS (Transport Management System), which enables increased cross-border collaboration and further develops our operational platform.
The role therefore has an even clearer customer focus, where delivery quality and long-term relationships are at the center.
As a forwarder with us, you work with the entire transport chain – from planning and booking to follow-up and invoicing. You collaborate closely with customers, carriers, and colleagues, ensuring that our cargo flows are stable, efficient, and of high quality.
You will become an active part of our operational team, where we collaborate closely, support each other in daily tasks, and jointly drive improvement and development.
In our ongoing development phase, special focus is placed on:
- Developing relationships with customers and transport partners
- Actively participating in improvement initiatives and further developing our work processes
- Showing interest in development within digitalization and standardization
- Contributing to a secure, inclusive, and efficient work environment
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have experience in forwarding or transport logistics and thrive in a role with customer contact, responsibility, and pace.
You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and have experience with international transport flows.
Additional language skills, such as German, Hungarian, Czech, or other Slavic languages, are meritorious.
It is also meritorious if you have experience working with modern TMS systems as well as relationship-building customer or partner work within logistics.
