We are now looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Marketing Development team at the company's headquarters in Hyllinge. This is a fixed-term position starting as soon as possible and running until April 30, 2027, with the possibility of extension.

In this role, you will hold a key position in planning, coordinating, and executing customer visits and events for our business units, with the goal of ensuring a high-quality and consistent customer experience in every interaction.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with both customers and internal experts while contributing to business development and long-term customer relationships.

About the Role

As the person responsible for customer experience & visits, you have overall responsibility for planning and executing customer visits and events in Hyllinge and across the country, with a strong focus on customer experience, professionalism, and business grounding.

You will work closely with the business units and a broad spectrum of internal stakeholders to define the purpose, agenda, and desired outcomes for each visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute customer visits and events for business units outside of Sweden
• Develop and continuously improve the structure, content, and overall customer experience during visits
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure relevant and high-quality content and execution
• Facilitate dialogue with business units to define goals, agendas, and desired outcomes
• Coordinate all logistical aspects, such as transport, venues, hotels, restaurants, and activities
• Deliver presentations (e.g., safety, company overview, basic acoustics)
• Guide factory tours as well as external reference and customer case visits
• Ensure follow-up, documentation, and sharing of customer insights to support business development
• Handle administration, invoicing, and budget tracking related to visits and events

The position is based in Hyllinge and reports to the Market Development Manager.

You are a service-oriented, structured, and communicative person who thrives on coordinating complex activities and meeting people from different cultures and functions.

We believe you have:

• Relevant education and/or experience from a similar role in event coordination, customer visits, or similar areas
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good organizational and coordination skills, with a structured approach to work
• Strong digital skills, including Microsoft Office
• Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
