About the role
As a Job Coach within Rusta och Matcha, you support job seekers on their path to self-sufficiency. You work in a coaching and motivational manner to help them find the right job or education. Your work includes, among other things:

  • Individual guidance and coaching
  • Matching with jobs and education
  • Contact with employers and networking
  • Support in application processes and interview preparation

Requirements (meet at least one of the following alternatives):

Alternative 1:

  • At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the previous system)
  • At least two years of full-time work experience

Alternative 2:

  • At least one year of full-time post-secondary studies with a passing grade
  • At least three years of full-time work experience in one of the following areas:
  • Team leadership with personnel responsibility
  • Recruitment
  • Transition support for job seekers
  • Study and career guidance
  • Processing of personnel matters (not solely administrative)
  • Work with working life and labor market issues
  • Work with social and group psychology
  • Career guidance

Desirable skills and experiences:

  • Arabic language skills
  • Strong network within the local business community
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships
  • Structured, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Good communication skills and a coaching approach
  • Digital competence and experience holding online meetings
