We are looking for someone with experience and a genuine interest in working with a broad target group. Our main target group consists of individuals receiving financial assistance, with varying backgrounds and prerequisites. The goal of our work is for participants to achieve self-sufficiency through studies or employment. We have a clear job focus and work with parallel interventions, where you are expected to trust the individual's abilities and see strengths rather than obstacles.

Job Description

In the role of Labour Market Coach, you work both in groups and individually with participants referred via financial assistance, focusing on competence-enhancing measures. Duties include leading group activities, holding individual meetings, and establishing and maintaining employer contacts. You also work with validation according to the OCN method at workplaces and collaborate closely with other actors regarding the participants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, behavioral science, pedagogy, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Experience working with individuals who are far from the labor market.
• Experience in motivational work and individualized support measures.
• Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with other actors.
• Experience leading groups and facilitating activities.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
• Basic digital competence.

Merits

• Experience with employer contacts or collaboration with the business community.
• Experience in validation work, preferably according to OCN or similar methods.
• Experience from work within municipal operations or government agencies.
• Knowledge of labor market measures and the education system.

Employment Type: Permanent position.

There is an opportunity to combine the work with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment is made based on the needs of the operations.
