About the role

Are you at the beginning of your career in finance and accounting and want to grow together with a developing company? We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join Alma Electronics, an established electronics manufacturing company currently in an exciting growth phase.

This is a long-term role for you who want to gain experience, broaden your skills, and work closely with the operations in a varied role with good opportunities for development over time.

Alma Electronics is an electronics company that produces and sells contract manufacturing PCB solutions. Job Description

You will work with both finance and administration and play a central role in the operations. You will support everything from ongoing bookkeeping to coordination and purchasing.

Examples of tasks:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and invoice management
• Prepare materials for reporting
• Support the COO in daily work
• Purchasing and order placement as needed
• Administrative coordination and support in operations
• Support for material handling and events/trade fairs

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least a high school education in economics
• Has basic knowledge of accounting

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in business systems, preferably Monitor.

• The position is full-time
• Working hours are weekdays, daytime
• The employment is initially with us at NearYou, with the ambition that the employment will eventually transfer to the customer for the right person
• Start date by agreement, preferably as soon as possible
