About the assignment
We are looking for an HR consultant for our client in Burlöv. The assignment starts as soon as possible and runs until January 29, 2027. It is a full-time position (100%), and you will work at the client's office in Burlöv.
Your responsibilities
Your tasks will largely consist of providing qualified support to managers regarding personnel-related issues. This can range from handling misconduct cases, rehabilitation, investigating reports of harassment, managing organizational changes and collaboration, to producing relevant statistics and HR key performance indicators. The assignment may also include broader tasks such as writing investigations, implementing various processes, conducting procurement, and leading HR training sessions and presentations.
Your qualifications
- Fluent communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
- Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent software.
- A Bachelor's degree (180 ECTS), preferably within the HR field, including labor law studies.
- At least five years of experience in operational HR work within the public sector, preferably with experience supporting principals in educational administration.
- You are self-reliant and confident in handling complex cases.
