Do you want to be part of building something bigger in an industry with great future potential?
Our client company is growing and is now looking for a driven Business Developer with a focus on developing relationships with both existing and new customers. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy creating business, building long-term relationships, and are motivated by significant personal responsibility and the opportunity to influence the company's development.
The company works with sustainable solutions within recycling and resource management, helping companies across Sweden create value from material surpluses and by-products in a smart, profitable, and sustainable way. The sales organization is in an exciting phase of development where you will play a key role in the continued growth journey.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will work with existing customers and actively prospect new potential customers across the country. You will build relationships with companies in various sectors where material handling, resource conservation, and sustainability are important parts of their operations.
The work involves identifying business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and creating long-term collaborations that generate value for both parties.
This is a role for you who thrives with freedom under responsibility and is motivated by having an impact. You will not be joining a finished organization where everything is already set – on the contrary, we are looking for someone who wants to help develop working methods, business, and customer relationships over time.
PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
You have prior sales experience and feel confident contacting new customers, booking meetings, and driving business forward. Experience from B2B sales, industry, recycling, logistics, or other operations with a technical or operational connection is advantageous, but most importantly for us is your attitude, your drive, and your ability to build trust.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in sales and customer management
- Is comfortable working independently and taking personal responsibility
- Has strong drive and is motivated by creating new business
- Is social, relationship-building, and trustworthy
- Thrives in proactive sales and creating new customer contacts
- Has good communication skills and is adept at building long-term relationships
- Enjoys working towards goals and creating results
- Has a valid driver's license (Category B) and is willing to travel for work
As a person, you are self-reliant, business-minded, and have an easy time building relationships with people at different levels. You like finding opportunities, working long-term, and creating results through your own engagement.
WHAT WE OFFER
Our client offers a varied and independent role where you will work with customers across Sweden, build strong relationships, and create business in a market with great potential. At the same time, you will become part of an operation that works sustainably and contributes to smarter resource utilization.
We value engagement, initiative, and long-term thinking. We believe in giving our employees trust, the opportunity to influence, and the right conditions to succeed.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The position of Business Developer is a direct recruitment where you will be employed by our client. Travel for work is included.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We conduct ongoing selection, so do not wait to submit your application. For questions regarding the recruitment process, please contact Rebecca Moberg at 0709-354090 or via email at [email protected].
We look forward to receiving your application!
