The office in Helsingborg is growing, and we are now looking for you who wants to become our first business developer on-site in the region.

The vocational university college is growing, and we at TUC want to continue expanding at the same pace! In this role, you contribute to supplying and developing the workforce of the future. You will belong to the business development team, which works on developing the organization's revenue-generating activities and processes. The assignment primarily involves monitoring and analyzing the labor market and, based on your research, developing courses and programs from idea to final product in close collaboration with working life.

In your role as a business developer, you are TUC's face to the outside world and collaborate in a development-oriented manner with various companies, employers, and industry organizations. In your daily work, you contact companies via phone and physical meetings, interspersed with research and writing.

You will become part of a forward-looking and enthusiastic team where your colleagues are based at different offices around the country, and daily dialogue with your colleagues takes place digitally. Your line manager is based in Tranås.

Travel within the region and occasionally to our other offices around the country occurs.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is motivated by working towards set goals and sees their drive and self-leadership as their greatest strengths. You are someone who can deliver individually but also take responsibility for the whole and the team's total delivery. As a person, you are curious and fearless. You readily take initiative and see opportunities. You are good at gathering information and using it to create content-rich and persuasive text.

To thrive in the role, we believe you have a talent for creating new contacts and the ability to communicate, listen, and map needs. You do not hesitate to pick up the phone to create a new contact. You work to create good collaborations both internally and externally and have the ability to meet people with varying backgrounds and experiences. Perhaps you already have a broad network that you can use as a foundation in this role?

You have good knowledge of Swedish and very good ability to convey and sell your ideas through both writing and speech.

We believe you have a post-secondary education and that you have worked with competence supply issues in some way. If you have previous experience working within a vocational university college or experience with application work to the Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education, we will be extra curious.
