Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a university degree as a behavioral scientist, social worker, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience in development work, project management, or business development. Furthermore, you have experience in systematic quality work and in collaborating with business life. You are accustomed to working in a goal-oriented manner and have the ability to create results through good collaboration with various actors.

Merits:

  • Experience and knowledge within labor market policy and social work.
  • Education in Motivational Interviewing (MI).
  • Experience with Supported Employment/Education.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Personal Attributes

To succeed in the role, you are an engaged and relationship-building person with a strong development focus. You have an easy time creating and maintaining professional contacts and thrive in a role where collaboration is a crucial success factor. You work in a structured and quality-conscious manner, take initiative, and drive processes forward with a clear result focus.

You have good communication skills and feel confident in meetings with different target groups, whether it involves participants, colleagues, authority representatives, or employers. At the same time, you have the ability to see the big picture, build networks, and create long-term relationships that contribute to the development of the operations. You are independent in your work but value collaboration and actively contribute to a positive work climate.
