Do you have experience working as an Economic Assistant and are you ready for a new exciting challenge? We are looking for you who want to work in a broad role where you get the opportunity to work with both economics and other administration in a small, family-like company. No two days are alike, and that is exactly what makes it so fun to work with us!
About the role
This is a new role within our company as we grow and see a need to have the position internally. This gives you the opportunity to help build up working methods and routines. The position is 50%, and you can choose the days and times that suit you best, as long as they are during office hours between 07:00–17:00. Currently, there are three people in the office: a coordinator, a CEO, and an HR Manager, with whom you will work closely. In total, we have 22 employees spread across Skåne.
In the role of Economic Assistant, you work broadly within economics and administration. You are responsible for ongoing invoicing and economic administration, as well as acting as economic support to the operations. The role also includes other administrative tasks outside the pure economic area. Your responsibilities include:
- Ongoing invoicing and economic administration in Fortnox
- Administration of receipts and invoice documentation
- Collect and ensure we have the correct information for invoicing
- Compile economic reports
- Economic follow-up regarding our customers
- Administer index adjustments
- Ensure our vehicles are inspected and serviced on time
- Contact with our customers regarding invoice inquiries
- Other administrative tasks
- Be available and answer the phone switchboard
The position is located at our office in Kävlinge and is 50% of a full-time position. It is a permanent position starting with a six-month probation period. The start date is by agreement. Since this is a new position as we grow, there are great opportunities to help shape the role. We are keen on ensuring you receive a good introduction as well as support and help during your onboarding.

Requirements for the position:
- A few years of experience working as an Economic Assistant or in a similar role
- Relevant economic education
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Experience working in Fortnox or similar systems
- Good computer skills in Word and Excel
Merits:
- Experience working in Fortnox
- Class B driver's license
