Do you want to become a key piece in one of the largest staffing and recruitment companies in the Nordics? We are now looking for an engaged staffing coordinator who wants to work evenings/nights/weekends on StudentConsulting's national on-call service, based in Malmö!

In the role of staffing coordinator, you are responsible for handling orders and sickness notifications outside of office hours from our customers and consultants, as well as quickly booking the right person to the customer.

Your tasks will include: - Receiving sickness notifications from consultants - Handling calls from customers regarding consultant bookings - Administration regarding consultants and customers - Scheduling

Working hours are Monday–Friday 17:00–08:00, Saturday 09:30–09:30, and Sunday 09:30–22:00/22:00–09:30. You must be available to work at least one shift per week. During these times, you will have "sleeping on-call" duty from your home and must be available when our customers or consultants need your help. The introduction takes place at our office in central Malmö.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who wants a fun, challenging, and developmental part-time job. We believe you are studying to become, for example, a Personal Assistant (PA) or similar, and now want to get a foot in the door of the industry. If you have some experience in similar work, it is considered an advantage, but it is not a requirement.

We also see that you are independent, detail-oriented, and outgoing. We believe you have a strong interest in people and, through wholehearted engagement, will be a great representative for StudentConsulting. You are passionate about providing customer service and always want to leave a good job behind. Having fun together and supporting each other within the team is very important to us – we want you to feel the same when choosing us.

To be considered for the position, you must be studying at a university or college and be able to work approximately 16 hours per week. We have a long-term need for this position and would prefer that you have a few years left of your studies (at least 1.5 years remaining) and can also envision a future within the staffing industry. The position will be filled as soon as the right candidate is found.
