About the role
We are recruiting an Office Coordinator on behalf of our client. The assignment is part-time, approximately 7 hours per week, with an immediate start and extends long-term alongside your studies. Our client is closed for summer holidays during weeks 29 and 30.
This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant for our client. Read more about our consultancy offer.
Responsibilities

Here you will be part of a dynamic and inclusive team that plays a key role in delivering services to both internal and external customers. Your role is autonomous, and you will handle tasks such as:
- Office maintenance and equipment
- Mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Office security
We are looking for you who
- Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as this is used in daily work
- Are studying at a post-secondary level and have at least 1.5 years left of your studies
It is an advantage if you:
- Have work experience in a similar role or alternatively in hotel/restaurant/retail or other roles we consider equivalent
