Receptionist Wanted at Zebraklinik Eye Clinic in Stockholm near Odenplan

Our current receptionist, who has worked full-time at the clinic for over 12 years, is moving to Skåne. Therefore, we are looking for a new colleague to take over her duties. The clinic is run by an ophthalmologist with a permanent contract with the region.

Job Responsibilities

You will work both at the reception, where you will welcome patients, register them, and handle payments, as well as participate in some patient-related tasks at the clinic. The tasks are varied but limited, meaning you can be trained quickly even without prior healthcare experience.

About You

We are looking for someone who is friendly, patient, and has a genuine desire to learn new things. It is an advantage if you have experience as a nursing assistant, nurse, or eye nurse, as well as experience with medical records, but this is not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are adaptable, learn quickly, and enjoy working with people.

• Skilled at communicating clearly in both spoken and written Swedish.
• Service-oriented with a mindset of always providing the best possible service.

Employment and Work Environment

The position starts as an hourly employment. If everything goes according to plan, the employment will become permanent. We value your well-being and ensure you have time to take care of yourself, for example by having time for exercise. You will work in a cozy and hypermodern eye clinic, sometimes independently.
