About the position

We are now looking for a preschool teacher for Stallängen Preschool in Tidaholm Municipality. This is a shared position where you will work on two departments. Together with your colleagues, you will help develop the education according to the national curriculum. You always work with the child's best interests in focus. Knowledge and participation are key words in our teaching, and we offer the children "New discoveries – every day!" This means that as a preschool teacher, you are a co-researching adult who is attuned to the children's interests and needs.

Learning processes are made visible through pedagogical documentation, and you actively work in the role to create stimulating and developmental learning environments. This is facilitated through joint collegial reflections where we meet and manage each other's thoughts, contributing to our professional growth.

A day at the preschool is filled with various meetings between children and educators. Every meeting is significant and part of the child's security, development, and learning. Therefore, we want to cherish this to make the preschool safe, educational, and joyful for everyone.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a preschool teacher. You are well acquainted with the preschool's steering documents and enjoy taking on challenges. You are positive and have the ability to spread joy in work. Creating good relationships with children, parents, and staff is important to you.

Furthermore, as a preschool teacher, you have a good approach towards children, guardians, and colleagues, characterized by the belief in everyone's equal value and that everyone wants and can. We are looking for a driven person who takes initiative and is responsible.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

The position is a full-time temporary assignment until 2026-10-17, with the possibility of extension. Start date is immediate.
