Hi, I'm Lotte!

I am a cheerful and charming 26-year-old woman living in Mölndal with my family. For my day to function well, I need personal assistants by my side who help, support, and encourage me.

I am now looking for a new assistant. The assistance I need includes help with communication, meals, personal hygiene, and exercise, among other things. I communicate using a few words, Bliss symbols, and supported gestures.

In my free time, I enjoy being active through horse riding, framerunning, swimming, bowling, shopping trips, or having coffee in town. I also love cozy days at home, playing games, singing, crafting, or watching videos on my iPad. Since my work is where I am, and part of it takes place at home with my family, it is important that you have a sense of privacy and respect.

Who are you?

I am looking for a female assistant with a sparkle in her eye, self-assured, resourceful, flexible, and patient. It is a plus if you bring your own initiatives and suggest various activities that motivate me to challenge myself and learn new things. It may take some time to get to know me and settle into everything, so I am looking for someone who sees this as a long-term position. Most importantly, our personal chemistry must match.

It is an advantage if you are in good physical condition, as I occasionally need help being lifted from place to place, for example, in and out of my wheelchair in various situations.

Excellent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement. This is particularly important as the role involves being a communicative support, but also because you must be able to absorb and understand information both orally and in writing.

Having a driver's license is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Scope of the position

Working hours are scheduled for afternoons from approx. 16:00, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The monthly working time is up to approx. 20–50%, depending on your flexibility and how much you wish to work.
