I am a woman in my 30s living in Stenungsund. I have a wonderful team of six assistants who support me in both my daily life and my activities. To create stability for my current assistants, I am now looking for an additional assistant who can work approximately 50%.

Working hours are scheduled during daytime or afternoons/evenings on weekdays, and on weekends between 09:00–21:00. In some periods, you may be offered more hours to cover for other assistants' leave or absence for other reasons. Night shifts also occur, particularly when my parents travel.

My assistants have always collaborated well and been flexible in swapping shifts if needed, so I naturally expect you to have the same attitude. I am looking for someone who is passionate about working with people with special needs and who has a lot of empathy and warmth in their heart. Education and experience in personal assistance are meritorious, but your personal qualities are the most important.

Who am I?

I am a cheerful woman with significant care needs who requires help with everything in my daily life. This makes it extra important for me to find the right person to complement my team. I want a good quality of life, and it is my assistants who help me enjoy life on my own terms.

On weekdays, I train and work at my day activity center. On weekends, I like to meet friends and do activities, such as going out for coffee. Therefore, it is important that you are comfortable in social situations and enjoy talking to and meeting new people.

Training and introduction will take place on-site with me. Personal assistance is the most important (and funniest) job for me and my family, so please send in your application!

Other: A driver's license and access to a car are required, as the workplace is located some distance from public transport. Individual salary setting applies, and God Omsorg is covered by a collective agreement.
