Vrågårdens HVB home offers a safe and developmental environment for girls aged 14–19 with attachment and trauma issues. The facility is located just outside Väring and is based on Lifespan Integration Therapy, an innovative psychotherapy form that promotes lasting change in emotional and behavioral patterns. Our experienced team works with low-arousal approaches, solution-focused methods, and a strong commitment to supporting the development of the young people. In collaboration with dedicated therapists and a safe environment, the young people are given tools to grow and develop.

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for you who have an interest in working with young people and who are secure, flexible, and engaged in your work. You thrive working both independently and together with colleagues, with a focus on contributing to a safe and stable everyday life for our young people.

It is an advantage if you have the ability to build good relationships and handle challenging situations in a calm and solution-focused manner. You must be able to meet the young people's needs in a respectful and professional way.

We would appreciate if you have experience or knowledge in:

• Environmental therapy
• Low-arousal approach
• Motivational Interviewing (MI)

Requirements and Merits
