About the position

We are currently seeking a secure, responsible, and professional personal assistant for a happy and active 8-year-old boy who lives with his family in Olofstorp, Gothenburg.

The work involves awake night shifts with active assistance, and you will become an important part of the child's daily life and sense of security.

The family also includes two siblings aged 10 and 16, which makes it important that you have the ability to work respectfully and professionally in a family environment.

Job Responsibilities

As a personal assistant, you will among other things:

• Provide support and care during evenings and nights
• Perform medical interventions according to instructions
• Contribute to a safe and calm environment for the child
• Collaborate closely with the family and other assistants

Your workplace is where the child is, primarily at home.

We are looking for you who

• Are calm, perceptive, and responsible
• Have a professional attitude and a good sense of integrity
• Feel secure working independently during night shifts
• Have good communication skills
• Have experience working with children or people with disabilities (meritorious)
• Have experience with breathing support/PEP mask (meritorious)
• Have healthcare education or equivalent experience (meritorious)
