About the position

We are now looking for personal assistants who wish to work approx. 75% for a lively woman named Ragny. Working hours cover weekdays and weekends, with day, evening, and night shifts available.

Ragny has a large assistant group, and what is important to her is finding people who have a long-term interest in working as a professional personal assistant and who can grow in the role. Previous experience is not a requirement if the personal chemistry is right.

You will belong to a work group with several assistants with varying degrees of employment. The work can involve both single and double assistance depending on the care needs.

In her spare time, Ragny loves to live an active life, be outdoors, come up with things to do, grow flowers in the garden, meet friends, sunbathe on the beach, visit exhibitions, go to farm shops, attend concerts, and more. Ragny has a cottage in Mellbystrand together with her husband that they love to visit, which may also mean that you, as an assistant, accompany them.

When she is not on leave or on vacation, Ragny works as a pediatric neurologist.

The workplace is located in Mölnlycke, and with bus X4 (zone 1) from Korsvägen in Gothenburg, you will be there in 25 minutes. During the summer, the workplace is in Mellbystrand.

About you

As an assistant, you are involved in all daily activities, as well as helping with training, stretching, and positioning. In other words, it is required that you yourself are in good physical shape.

The assistants work largely according to routines so that Ragny's life and body function as well as possible. It is important that you are energetic, positive, meticulous, strong, reliable, and punctual.

You must also have a driver's license, as you will be driving her car (automatic) during the days. If you are interested in night shifts only, a driver's license is not a requirement.

We offer employment with a collective agreement and a wellness allowance. You will work in a team with several assistants and have the opportunity to grow in the role. The work is varied and involves day, weekend, evening, and night shifts.

About the employment

The employment is for approx. 75%. The work is performed in Mölnlycke, with the possibility of summer work in Mellbystrand.
