We are currently recruiting staff for our LSS housing facility in Kville. At present, we are looking for individuals for hourly positions. The group home consists of six residential apartments as well as common areas and is designated for client group 1. You will become part of a wonderful team with great opportunities to contribute to positive development. Our ambition is to shape the best housing of the future! We offer continuous internal training and supervision to create quality and development specifically for you.
The individuals we work with in our LSS operations are people with neuropsychiatric disabilities and autism, which can lead to behaviors where we, as professionals, need to divert, support, and prevent.
We work systematically with low-affective handling based on the individual's specific needs. This places high demands on the right attitude and approach towards both the work and your fellow human beings.
