Nytida Family Homes is now looking for a Family Home Consultant to provide supervision for our foster homes, as well as recruit and assess new families.

About the role

As a Family Home Consultant at Nytida Family Homes, you will be part of a team with other consultants. You will be responsible for supervising foster homes and working with the recruitment and assessment of new families. The role is varied, and you will often act as the "hub" coordinating the work. We are looking for you who are a social worker (socionom) or have an equivalent degree in social work, and who have experience from foster care.

Nytida Family Care has extensive experience in consultant-supported foster care, serving children, young people, and adults. We offer emergency and foster homes. We also have the knowledge to support individuals who need protection, as well as children and young people who are to be placed with a parent. Our network includes foster and emergency homes with different focuses and backgrounds, creating good conditions for successful placements.

Through our open care and specialized open care, we offer holistic solutions with extra support for foster homes, as well as treatment, assessment, and contact person support for the placed individual.

Your profile

You share your knowledge and experience with colleagues and naturally contribute to a positive work climate. You hold a degree in social work or an equivalent qualification, and have experience in foster care. Additionally, you have good computer skills and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
