You will have the opportunity to work as a personal assistant for a positive and social 30-year-old man who lives with his family just outside of Mariestad. Your duties include assisting him with his work, leisure activities, household chores, and other forms of physical support.

The ideal candidate is a calm, present, and proactive man who understands that you sometimes need to stay in the background. No specific education is required; we prioritize personal chemistry and suitability for the role. Since a car is available, a valid driver's license is mandatory, and you must have access to your own car for commuting to and from work.

This is a full-time position with working hours during the day, evening, weekend, and night, including sleeping on-call shifts. There are also 24-hour shifts available, which means fewer working days. There may be some flexibility to adjust working hours and employment percentage. We are keen on finding the right person for the right place, so the start date can be agreed upon.

SkaraborgsAssistans requires a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (extract from the criminal record) for all individuals working with minors and certain adults prior to employment. We act as our own supervisors, while SkaraborgsAssistans holds the employer and occupational health and safety responsibilities. As an employed personal assistant, you are covered by a collective agreement and a contractual pension. You are insured on your commute to and from work in case of unforeseen incidents. We also offer a health and wellness allowance to all our employees.
