RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to make a difference for young people in Hammarö Municipality? Then you might be the one we are looking for! We are currently seeking a Recreation Leader on a 75% basis for a fixed-term position.

As an employee with us, you are offered varied work with opportunities to contribute and influence. We operate 6 days a week for ages 12-18. The Recreation Leader staffs the youth center and works in a team with other staff, which requires you to be a team player. Together, you plan and carry out activities, events, and projects. The role also involves outreach work at schools, collaboration with associations, and other actors.

We work with and for young people, and their voices help steer the content of the operations.

The position involves work at two different locations: Hammarlunden Youth Center and Mörmo Gård Youth Center.

Scope: 75% Fixed-term: During the period 2026-08-04 to 2027-06-08.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have experience working with young people. You are good at building relationships and are calm, secure, responsible, and engaged. You have the ability to collaborate with others while also being able to work independently and take initiative in your work.

A B-class driver's license is an advantage.
