Staff Needed for HVB Agustagården in Hagfors and Supported Housing in Karlstad

We are immediately seeking staff for our residential care facilities, HVB Agustagården in Hagfors, as well as a supported housing unit in Karlstad.
The ideal candidate should be self-assured and able to serve as a positive role model. Experience working with young people is preferred. The role involves supporting young people in their daily lives, participating in activities, and performing household chores. You should have strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with the young people, as well as the ability to set clear boundaries.
Interviews are conducted continuously throughout the application period.
