We are looking for personal assistants for a cheerful 18-year-old girl living alternately in Hammarö and Karlstad. We are looking for you who are 25 years or older with experience in personal assistance. This time, we are only accepting female applicants. You must be able to work in a structured manner, and it is important to follow current routines. Experience working with individuals with autism is preferred.

As a person, you should be responsible, calm, and secure, and know how to work efficiently. Since structure in work is important, we are looking for someone who is dutiful and has a high work ethic.

Stimulation and activities are part of the daily work, where you as an assistant should contribute to enabling the client to participate in society and develop.

Working hours: Varying. Currently, hours on school days are 15:00–21:00, and on weekends/holidays 10:00–21:00.

Duties include assisting with:

• Communication
• Planning and accompanying on activities
• Social training
• Dressing and undressing
• Personal hygiene
• Cooking
• Cleaning and laundry

Other requirements:

• Driver's license is a plus (the client has access to a car sometimes and enjoys traveling)
• Non-smoker
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language
• There is a cat in the home

Other benefits: God Assistans cares for its assistants, has a collective agreement, and offers a wellness allowance of up to 4,000 SEK/year.
