We are looking for a Personal Assistant in Forshaga.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about supporting individuals who need extra help and guidance in their daily lives. You are proactive, adaptable, and thrive in dynamic environments. A genuine interest in playfulness and joy is important, as is prior experience within healthcare or social care. The person you will assist has difficulty communicating verbally, so you must be perceptive, patient, and quick to understand unspoken needs. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.
The role involves supporting the client with daily activities, ranging from personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores to engaging in fun activities together. The duties also include assisting with exercise and rehabilitation. Since visits to the swimming pool are part of the job, you must not be allergic to chlorine. Dogs may visit the client, so an allergy to pets disqualifies you from this position. The role involves occasional driving, making a valid driver’s license highly desirable.
The position is 75% and includes shifts during days, evenings, nights (on-call), and weekends.
