We are now looking to expand our team of personal assistants in Karlstad!

Our client is a man who tells us what help he needs in his daily life, such as cooking, exercise, cleaning, hygiene, and going out for activities.

You, as a candidate, are a man or woman with empathy and understanding for other people. You have insight into and respect for what it means to work in someone else's home.

You should feel comfortable both in a calm daily routine and in a more eventful environment.

We are looking for substitute staff who can work when regular staff is absent.

Introduction will take place as soon as possible.

The position includes both days and evenings, weekdays as well as weekends.

Working as a personal assistant can look very different depending on the client's disability, as well as because we are all different individuals, whether we have a disability or not. As a personal assistant, you compensate for what the client cannot do themselves, allowing them to live as independently as possible. It is important to have a keen sense of touch to read how the client wants things in different situations.
