Description

We are now looking for a structured and service-oriented business developer for the outpatient care unit for children and adults in Filipstad Municipality. You will be an important part of the team and work closely with our therapists in outpatient care.

In the role of developer, we want you to work to strengthen quality, equality, and efficiency within the outpatient care operations (both children and adults) through leadership, supervision, and the development of methods and working practices. The role should contribute to evidence-based practice and a cohesive care chain. Since the role is new, you have the opportunity to help shape an operation based on the social services of the future.
Job Responsibilities
Your main job responsibilities are leadership, supervision, and competence support, business development, collaboration, and quality assurance.
This means that you lead and distribute the daily work within the outpatient care operation, ensuring that interventions are planned, carried out, and followed up according to decisions and guidelines. You will function as an operational support to employees in case handling and prioritize cases based on need, risk, and resources. You will also collaborate with unit managers regarding business planning and resource allocation.
You are expected to be able to provide continuous supervision to staff within both child and adult outpatient care. The role also includes supporting in difficult cases and complex situations and contributing to competence development through e.g., internal training and method support.
The role involves developing and implementing evidence-based methods and working practices, as well as having a good ability to identify areas for improvement and drive development initiatives. You should have knowledge to be able to follow up and analyze the operation's results and quality while ensuring that the work follows legislation, guidelines, and local goals. It is expected that you, in addition to participating in, also have the ability to occasionally lead projects and change work.
You should have experience of collaborating with internal as well as external operations and be able to contribute to a holistic view of the individual's needs and support coordinated interventions, e.g., SIP (coordinated individual plan).
As a developer, you ensure that documentation is carried out based on current legislation and guidelines. You are responsible for following up on cases and interventions with the staff in outpatient care. You should be able to contribute to quality work and systematic improvement work and, together with the manager, handle deviations and risks.
Qualifications
Formal Requirements
- Social work degree or other relevant higher education
- Several years of experience working within social services/outpatient care
- Good knowledge of legislation (SoL, LVU, and LVM)
Meritorious
- Experience of leadership or supervision
- Further education in relevant methods (e.g., MI, CBT, FFT, Signs of Safety)
- Experience with both child and adult cases
Personal Qualities
- Clear and secure as a leader
- Good pedagogical and communicative skills
- Structured and solution-focused
- Ability to create trust and engagement
Conditions
A certificate of good conduct (extract from the police register) is required for this position. This will only be requested from the final candidate in the last step of the recruitment process.
