I am a woman in my 20s seeking a secure and dedicated personal assistant who wants to support me in my daily life.

I love being active and enjoy quiet walks, preferably in the forest, as well as car trips. I live in my own apartment during weekends, holidays, and public holidays, and I need support both at home and at my day activity center. I attend day activities on weekdays between 09:00 and 15:00, where I have my own assistants.

It is important to me to feel safe and have continuity. I find it difficult to adjust to new people and do not like it when staff turnover occurs. Therefore, I am looking for someone who wants to build a long-term relationship with me – someone with patience, understanding, and a genuine interest in getting to know me for real.

I do not have spoken language, live with epilepsy, and am autistic. This means it takes time for me to build trust, but once we have gotten to know each other, you will have a meaningful and rewarding job – perhaps the best job in the world.

The Assistant's Role and Experience

You who apply for the position need to have a secure and stable foundation in yourself, as well as be a calm, sensitive, and empathetic person. This is crucial for being able to meet our customer with respect, understanding, and in a way that creates security in everyday life.

Experience working with people with autism and epilepsy is advantageous, as is knowledge of low-affective interaction. If you have also worked with visual supports before, that is a big plus, as it facilitates communication and strengthens interaction in daily work.

Work shifts are scheduled on both weekdays and weekends, and assistance is active 24/7. Some double assistance occurs. Introduction takes place on both weekdays and weekends.

Advantageous Experiences

• Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement.
• Category B driver's license is advantageous.
• Experience with autism is advantageous.
• Experience with epilepsy is advantageous.
• Experience with low-affective interaction is advantageous.

Working Hours/Employment Percentage

• Work shifts are scheduled on both weekdays and weekends, and assistance is active 24/7.
• Some double assistance occurs.
• Extra work on public holidays.
• Employment percentage approx. 75 %.

• We apply salary according to collective agreement (Fremia).
