Job Responsibilities

As a case worker with us, you will become a key person in creating conditions for a functional everyday life for individuals with disabilities and/or mental health issues. Your focus will be on investigating needs, making decisions, and following up on measures. Your main tasks include:

• Investigation: Gather relevant information to map the individual's needs.
• Assessment: Analyze collected information based on current legislation, the municipality's established guidelines, and routines.
• Decision-making: Write legally secure decision documents and communicate these to the individual.
• Collaboration: Maintain close dialogue with relatives, representatives, service providers, healthcare, and other authorities.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role and thrives in an environment where no two days are alike. You have strong analytical skills and can communicate well both verbally and in writing, as documentation constitutes a large part of your tasks.

• Education: Social work degree, social care program, or other equivalent education.
• Knowledge: Good knowledge of LSS (Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), SoL (Social Services Act), and FL (Administrative Procedure Act).
• Experience: Previous experience in authority management is meritorious.
• Language: Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
