I am a woman in my 20s seeking a reliable and engaged personal assistant who wants to support me in my daily life.

I love being active and enjoy quiet walks, preferably in the forest, as well as car trips. I live in my own apartment during weekends, holidays, and public holidays, and need support both at home and at my day activity center.

I attend day activity on weekdays between 09:00–15:00, where I have my own assistants with me.

It is important to me to feel safe and experience continuity. I find it difficult to adjust to new people and do not like it when people come and go. Therefore, I am looking for you who want to build a long-term relationship with me – someone who has patience, understanding, and a genuine interest in getting to know me for real.

I do not have a spoken language, live with epilepsy, and am autistic. This means it takes time for me to build trust, but once we have gotten to know each other, you will have a meaningful and rewarding job – perhaps the best job in the world.

The Assistant's Role and Experience

You who apply for the position need to have a secure and stable foundation in yourself, as well as be a calm, sensitive, and empathetic person. This is crucial for being able to meet our client with respect, understanding, and in a way that creates safety in everyday life.

Experience working with people with autism and epilepsy is advantageous, as is knowledge of low-affective handling. If you have also worked with picture support previously, it is a big plus, as it facilitates communication and strengthens interaction in daily work.

Work shifts are scheduled on both weekdays and weekends; assistance is active around the clock. Some double assistance occurs. Introduction takes place on both weekdays and weekends.

Advantageous Experience

• Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement.
• Category B driver's license is advantageous.
• Experience with autism is advantageous.
• Experience with epilepsy is advantageous.
• Experience with low-affective handling is advantageous.

Working Hours/Employment Degree

• Hourly work – extra as needed.
• Summer vacation coverage to cover for regular assistants' holidays during the summer months.
• Work shifts are scheduled on both weekdays and weekends; assistance is active around the clock.
• Some double assistance occurs.
• Plus extra on public holidays.

About Salary

• We apply salary according to collective agreement (Fremia).
