We are now looking for personal assistants for a customer living in Karlstad.

About the job as a personal assistant

As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday life and during leisure time. Your workplace is wherever the customer is, and your overall task is to assist the customer so that they have the conditions to live the life they desire.

Responsibilities

Your tasks depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle. They can range from personal hygiene, assistance with mobility, household chores, and cooking to assisting the customer at work or during activities outside the home.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and quick to learn new tasks. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction at the customer's home as well as access to training regarding the role of a personal assistant.

About the employment

The form of employment is on-call (needs-based) with the possibility of fixed-term employment, and the wage form is hourly pay. Working hours vary according to the customer's needs: day, evening, night (active and on-call), weekdays, and weekends.

Salary and other terms of employment are according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
