We are now looking for a personal assistant for a woman in Karlstad. We prefer that the applicant is female. Previous experience is meritorious, but the most important thing is that you are reliable and helpful. Together we help the customer have a calm and secure everyday life.

About the role

As an assistant, you will be a support in all parts of daily life. You are our customer's arms and legs, but just as important is being their voice, which means you must be able to write and speak Swedish without difficulty. As an assistant, you will be the support that makes the family's everyday life function. Cooking, cleaning, and laundry are included in the daily tasks. The applicant is social and flexible – your presence becomes an important part of our customer's security and joy. You are able to work independently while also collaborating. All shifts are scheduled together with a colleague.

Who are you

We are looking for someone with a big heart and a calm, empathetic manner. You are attentive, can take initiative, and enjoy creating a pleasant atmosphere at home. You are a non-smoker! Personal chemistry is important, so we are looking for you who are positive, patient, and look forward to becoming a significant part of our customer's life.

Experience in personal assistance or similar work is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are engaged and confident in your role.
