Personal Assistant for a playful 9-year-old girl with autism

Poolarna Assistans is now looking for a warm, secure, and engaged personal assistant. We would prefer that you speak both Somali and Swedish.

About the position

The position is an hourly employment on an as-needed basis.

Working hours: Day, evening, and weekends.

The work is based at the client's home, but you will also accompany them to activities, outings, doctor's visits, and family gatherings.

This is a varied role where you will assist our client with personal care, medication management, play, exercise, and communication.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Secure, sensitive, and responsible
• Flexible and able to adapt to different situations

Requirements for applicants:

• Must be able to provide a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (polismyndigheten) regarding criminal record.
• Experience within care and social services is meritorious, but personal suitability is most important to us.
