Our Client:
The client lives in central Karlstad. After an accident, he became paralyzed from the neck down, meaning you will assist him with everything in daily life. He communicates fully. The home is equipped with all necessary aids. His interests revolve around activities such as motorsports, walks in both the city and the forest, and above all, ice hockey.

You who apply:
We are looking for someone who is around 30 years of age or older. You have prior experience in the role of a personal assistant and understand what good care entails. In this position, you will work with double staffing, which requires you to be social and a team player. As a person, you have a cheerful and open approach and enjoy planning activities.

Experience with advanced respiratory support is advantageous. Training will be provided on-site before you start the assignment, based on the specific needs of the assistance.

Conditions:

• Working hours: 50–75 % plus casual vacancies.
• Double staffing.
• Rotating three-shift system: days, evenings, waking nights, and weekends.
• Ongoing onboarding.

Requirements:

• You are 30 years of age or older.
• A driver's license is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Non-smoker.
• Fluent Swedish.

Other:
We have a collective agreement, individual salary setting, and a wellness benefit of up to 4,000 SEK per year.
