About the job

Your primary tasks will be as a childcare worker (barnskötare) in the preschool.

You will work on planning creative and educational activities together with the children and the preschool teachers.

The role also includes pedagogical documentation and systematic quality work.

The position is full-time (100%).

About you

You have a childcare education (barnskötarutbildning) and relevant experience working in a preschool setting.

You share the association's vision, values, and goals.

Most importantly, you have a strong commitment to the children. You are creative, stress-resistant, and flexible. You have good teamwork skills and can work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks.

We are looking for someone with competence in some form of aesthetic activity, such as art, music, dance, and/or drama.

Work experience from childcare is a requirement.

We are an ecological and non-toxic preschool. Care for the environment and nature permeates our entire operation.

We work from a holistic approach where all parts of life are given space; body, mind, soul, and emotion.

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is also central to our operations.

We spend a large part of the day outdoors with the children.
