Söderort Assistans AB is a company providing personal assistance services, and we operate nationwide. This position is based in Arvika.

As a provider of assistance, we work for our users by offering individually tailored services. We want to help our users live their own lives, in the way they wish to live them, with the help of their personal assistants. If you are applying for this position, you should be careful, organized, responsive, flexible, and good at following instructions. You must be able to work both independently and in a team. It is important that you take responsibility for completing your tasks, and it is an advantage if you are proactive. It is also important that you are attentive to what the user wants and needs.

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant. No prior experience is required, as personal chemistry is the most important factor, but it is an advantage if you have insight into what the role of a personal assistant entails.

As a personal assistant, you will help the user with everything in their daily life. Your workplace is wherever the user is, such as at home or during activities.

You will act as the user's extended arms and legs. You should be able to assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, mobility, cleaning, cooking, and other household chores.

Working hours vary, and you must be available to work days, evenings, and nights.

You must have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as we have documentation requirements.

Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

We recommend preparing a police record check for work with the elderly and persons with disabilities, as well as an extract from the suspicion register.
