We are looking for a female personal assistant for work primarily during nights, but also evening shifts, for one of our clients in Karlstad.

The position is a temporary assignment of approximately 85%, starting in week 33 and running through week 45, with the possibility of extension. Training and the opportunity to work on an as-needed basis will take place a few weeks prior to the start.

Who am I?

I am a woman in my 30s living in Karlstad who requires personal assistance around the clock. The duties include, among other things, personal care, transfers using a patient lift, activities, household chores, and health and medical care interventions delegated by nurses and physiotherapists.

Who are you?

You are a calm and secure person with a strong focus on the customer. We expect you to have good collaboration skills, take great responsibility for your work, and follow established routines. There will always be two assistants on duty during all hours of the day and night. Communication and information transfer are crucial in this role, so you must have a good command of the Swedish language.

You must be a non-smoker to apply for this position.

About the position

Scope of work: Approximately 85%, starting in week 33. Training and the opportunity to work on an as-needed basis will take place a few weeks prior.

Duties: The work primarily involves night shifts, but evening shifts will also occur.

Working hours: Weekdays 15:00–22:00 and 22:00–07:00, and weekends 20:00–07:00. Work 2 out of 5 weekends.
