I am a 37-year-old woman living in my own apartment in Karlstad. I love cooking, dancing, and traveling! Currently, I am looking for a personal assistant for a fixed-term position, as one of my assistants is going on parental leave.

The ideal candidate for this personal assistant role is a woman aged 25 or older, non-smoker, and holding a valid driver's license. Previous experience working with individuals with autism is highly desirable, though not mandatory. Thanks to the opportunity for a thorough induction period, you will be trained in my daily routines, communication aids, and body language, enabling you to interpret and understand me even when I do not use verbal speech.

This means that you must have the ability to empathize with another person's situation, possess strong planning skills, and be patient and calm. You should meet me where I am and be one step ahead, ensuring I have predictability and security. If you are also an empathetic person who is good at absorbing written and verbal information and working based on that, you are the right person for this role. Scope: The position is a fixed-term contract of 40 hours/week from July to September, with the possibility of extension. You will undergo shadowing during June.

Working Hours: Varying schedule involving day, evening, and night shifts, including on-call duty (4 hours).

Start Date: Immediately or as agreed.
