About the position

Personal assistance is a support measure under the LSS Act (Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everyday issues as well as basic needs. Your work involves safeguarding the client's self-determination and integrity, contributing to a smooth daily routine. Each assistance assignment is uniquely adapted to the client's life, so tasks may vary depending on the workplace.

Our client is a cheerful 11-year-old girl living in Vålberg. She has extensive care needs and requires help with, among other things, personal care, mobility, and communication. She lives with her family, and there are fur-bearing animals in the home.

Who are you?

The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is sensitive, self-assured, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and identify what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is crucial that there is good personal chemistry between you and the client.

Requirements for the position:

• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Tolerance for fur-bearing animals
• Non-smoker during working hours

Merits for the position:

• Experience in similar work
• Previous experience with epilepsy

Personal suitability will be given great weight.

Working hours, degree of employment, and salary

We are currently looking for a personal assistant for a summer vacation replacement with an employment degree of approx. 60% in July and approx. 100% in August. Working hours are scheduled for daytime and evening. There are also good chances for continued employment in the autumn.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, and other benefits are paid according to collective agreements.

Start date: Immediately or as agreed.
