We are looking for a substitute to cover an ordinary assistant's study leave, a position that will last for approximately 3 years.

The client has autism and lives in their own apartment. The client leads an organized life, and the best conditions have been established and refined over many years.

The duties include standard household chores such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, and caring for the home together with the client. The client enjoys bathing, gym workouts, walks, cycling, listening to music, using the computer, and doing puzzles, among other activities.

You will work together with dedicated colleagues and the client's family.

We follow clear routines and have a common approach where the client's needs are always the focus.

You must be fluent in Swedish. Your personal qualities as an organized, secure, calm, attentive, empathetic, unpretentious, and responsible person are crucial. You should have a strong sense of care for the client's life situation.

We preferably seek male applicants aged 25–45.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

The schedule includes day shifts, evening and night shifts with sleeping on-call duty, 24-hour shifts, and work every other weekend.

The position is approximately 75% full-time plus sleeping on-call duty.

We require an extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record.

The planned start date is August/September. An introduction period is required before starting.
